I will not remove or tamper with my MOVE Media ad for any reason until, at the earliest, the publicized end date for the campaign. Upon being selected to drive in a MOVE Media campaign, I will sign a hold harmless form that indemnifies MOVE Media Group Inc. and the company I will be advertising on behalf of from any liability. Every 30 days, prior to receiving payment, I agree to send in a proof photo, as well as a picture of my odometer mileage reading at or as near as possible to the time of the request. I agree that it is my responsibility to research and verify all laws and by-laws as it may pertain to having an ad on my vehicle (specifically focused on individual municipalities, HOAs, etc.). If during my driving for MOVE Media, I am ever involved in an accident, or my vehicle sustains any mechanical or cosmetic damage, I will contact MOVE Media immediately. I assert that I have adequate bodily injury, collision, and auto insurance and will provide documentation of such if asked. MOVE Media Group reserves the right to terminate a driver at any time due to violation of any of the above rules and regulations. In exchange for my efforts, I will be paid at least $50 every month by MOVE Media Group, with increases being available for those allowing passive GPS tracking on their vehicles. I agree to communicate with MOVE MEDIA via text, phone, and email as required and as prompted.  I agree to receive email and SMS notifications of campaign opportunities and updates. I also consent to receive money-saving, or money-making, offers from MOVE Media or its affiliates. MOVE Media reserves the right to terminate my participation in any advertising campaign for any reason.
